I share the knowledge of Applied Sports Nutrition as a University lecture for the University of Roehampton teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students hoping to inspire them to become successful practitioners.
My aim is to create – with you, a nutritional plan that significantly improves your performance and recovery to maximise your human performance – helping you achieve your personal bests. Most importantly you will learn an incredible amount of knowledge and understanding around nutrition which you can use for future performances.

All sessions are completed online through Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp messaging service – where we take your nutrition to the next level.
The Philosophy at Strength and Nutrition is to keep it Simple and eat with an approach of Food First not food only – this allows you to be on a Non-Restrictive Diet. This means that every individual will have different advice but ensures that fundamentals of nutrition are established in your daily life. Making just small changes can have a huge impact on your health or sporting performance. Whatever your goal is – I can help you achieve a better you.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy of nutrition is to keep it simple and eat with an approach of food first, not food only, allowing you to maximise your performances.
